Step 1 pertains to the submission of the BIR Waiver. The waiver is a prerequisite to participation in the PH-EITI Reporting Process. This is to authorize the Bureau of Internal Revenue to disclose your tax information to PH-EITI.

Step 2 pertains to the granting of access to the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool. Since 2018, data collection is done online through ORE. Reporting entities are granted access to the tool once they have nominated their Authorized Representative (AR) and Data Compliance (DC) officer.

- Request for access to the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool. A link to the online form is provided below under the External Links section.

- The Data Compliance (DC) officer is tasked to input all the data required to ORE. Companies are given at least two (2) DC user accounts.
- The Authorized Representative is the reporting entities’ nominated individual who will review and approve data submitted by the DC officer. Review and approval is done through ORE.
To ensure that reporting entities are informed of the recent enhancements to ORE, PH-EITI is going to conduct an ORE Workshop to be conducted on 13 June 2019, 2:00pm to 5:00pm, at the Department of Finance in Manila.The forum will help address queries related to the reporting process. Companies may send two (2) technical representatives to the workshop. Registration for this event is included in the ORE Nomination Form.

- The ORE Workshop will introduce to participants some important enhancements to ORE.
- Participants to the workshop are encouraged to bring their own laptop computers. Further instructions will be given to confirmed participants.
Step 4 pertains to the submission of required data through ORE and the schedule of payments. Submission of data and schedule of payments is done through the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool.

- Review and Submit data to be accomplished by the Authorized Representative
- Upload Schedule of Payments through ORE. A download link to the form is provided below under the Downloads section.

Step 5 pertains to the submission of scanned supporting documents. Uploading of related supporting documents is done through the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool.
